By accessing or using our Website and purchasing our products, you (“Customer”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).   • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including due to product unavailability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

3. Shipping Policy

  • Physical products are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to USPS. We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or transit damage caused by the carrier.

 

4. Returns, Bio-Safety, and Store Credit Policy

Due to the biological and hygienic nature of topical skincare products, we do not accept physical returns or offer cash refunds. All sales are final, subject to the following store credit exceptions:

  • Unopened Products: If you receive a product and it remains completely unopened and factory-sealed, you may request a full store credit within 14 days of delivery. You must provide clear photographic proof that the security seal/packaging is entirely intact.

  • Opened/Used Products: If you open and use a product and experience an issue, you may be eligible for a partial store credit at our sole discretion. To be considered, you must email acceptable proof, including clear photographic evidence of the product and/or the issue, to agiftinajar@thebelinehealing.shop.

  • Consent to Process Images: By submitting photos of your skin or the product for store credit verification, you explicitly consent to our review of these images solely to process your claim.

 

5. Third-Party Web Development & Platform Limitation of Liability

  • Agency Disclaimer: This Website was designed, developed, and is maintained by a third-party agency, G&U Studios.

  • Infrastructure Liability: G&U Studios provides technical infrastructure and web development assets only. Under no circumstances shall G&U Studios, its owners, or employees be held liable to any user or Customer for website downtime, e-commerce transaction errors, Stripe processing failures, data breaches, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of products from Be-Line Healing Oils, LLC.

  • Product Liability: G&U Studios holds zero liability regarding the formulation, manufacturing, safety, marketing, labeling, or adverse physical or health reactions related to products sold by Be-Line Healing Oils, LLC.
